Cooking with Anita Marcela: Nutella Cookies
These gluten-free cookies can be ready in 20 minutes. You only need to mix the ingredients, shape the dough balls, bake the cookies, and eat them all! They are delicious, the taste of chocolate hazelnuts and the salty touch that the peanut butter brings will make you want to eat all the cookies as soon as they come out of the oven.
They are ideal when unexpected visitors arrive or for taking them as a gift when you are invited to a play date with kids or any giving celebration. If you are going to give them away, you can include these Merry Monday Princess cards.

What you'll need //
- ¾ cup Nutella
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon powered cocoa
Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare a cookie baking tray with waxed paper.
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Make small balls with your hands and place them on the baking sheet, leaving space between them because the cookies will grow in the oven.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Cookies are best preserved in airtight containers or sealed bags, thus maintaining texture without being affected by moisture. However, these cookies are so delicious that it is almost impossible to store them for several days.
