Returns and Exchanges

 

  1. Time frame. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any item in its original condition within 30 calendar days of the date of delivery and we will gladly provide a refund or exchange. If 30 calendar days have gone by since your purchase was delivered unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. Items’ condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and must be shipped in the original package as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please be advised that any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or that is used will not be refunded nor exchanged.
  3. Shipping charges. If shipping charges applied to the original order, those shipping charges are not refundable. In the event of an exchange, no additional shipping charges will apply. You are responsible for paying the return/exchange shipping charges. In the event the shipped order was defective, we will refund you for the return shipping charges.
  4. Items that cannot be returned. Several types of items CANNOT be returned:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products, such as invitations
  • Health and personal care items
  • Perishable items or food
  1. Return/Exchange Process. To complete your return/exchange, we must first receive the returned package with your order. You are required to insert a paper copy of your invoice or purchase order in the package. We recommend you to use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  2. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@merrymonday.com.
  3. Sale items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
  4. If you need to exchange an order, send us an email at marianna@merrymonday.com.
  5. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed or mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
